West Virginia is a mecca for nature and landscape photographers and in late spring the rugged mountains come to life in fresh green spring leaves and rushing waterfalls and cascades. This two day workshop will explore the many waterfalls and mountain streams surrounding Canaan Valley and Blackwater Falls State Parks as well as the rugged canyon overlooks in the park and Dolly Sods.

Highlights include rushing streams, pristine waterfalls, spring foliage, meadows filled with early morning fog, two visits to scenic Bear Rocks to catch sunrise and sunset light, rugged Blackwater Canyon, ample field instruction, spirited critiques and a three hour classroom session discussing Joe's workflow and processing techniques using Adobe Photoshop.

Weather: Average highs in the low to mid 60's and average lows in the mid to upper 40's.

Lodging: Windwood Fly-in Resort, Canaan Valley, WV

Spaces are very limited for this workshop and it fills up every year.
